What it claims:
"Korres Lip Butters are the ultimate lip treatment packed with a juicy pop of color. The combination of Shea Butter and Rice Wax offers deep hydration and softness: Shea Butter's anti-inflammatory and potent moisturizing benefits cushion the skin and help restructure it and Rice Wax helps to seal in hydration, leaving the lips smooth all day."

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
- Parabens
- Sulfates
- Synthetic Dyes
- Petrochemicals
- Phthalates
- GMOs
- Triclosan

Where to buy: Sephora, Korres

Price: 13$ for 6g/0.21oz

What i think:
Packaging: Loses points for unsanitary packaging but i can live with it ♥♥♥♥
Texture: "buttery", glides on smooth and creamy. ♥♥♥♥♥
Moisturizing: leaves my lips very soft. Keeps my lips moisturize for a long time before reapplication ♥♥♥♥♥
Lasting power: lasts a long time, approximately 2-3 hours ♥♥♥♥
Shine/color: nice sheen no color on my lips ♥♥♥♥♥
Smell/Flavor: dont hate or like the smell ♥♥♥
Price: kinda $$ for a lip balm ♥

Overall: ♥♥♥♥
I love this! It loses a point for being a little too expensive for a lip balm but probably worth it because it seems to last quite a long time.

Review: Benefit Some Kind-A-Gorgeous in medium

What it is:

A sheer, oil-free, cream-to-powder complexion perfector. What it is formulated to do:
This lightweight, translucent, foundation-like product smoothes out imperfections and evens skin tone with a silky, smooth finish that's super natural and super gorgeous.

Price: $10 for 2.6g/0.09oz

Shade: Medium

What i like:
  • light weight
  • oil free
  • super smooth application
  • gives skin a slight glow
  • gives an even skin tone
  • doesn't break me out
What i dislike:
  • doesn't cover imperfections/blemishes/under eye circles
Overall: I don't LOVE it but its nice for a "no makeup" sheer look. I still need to conceal my blemishes/scars/circles but the outcome looks pretty good.

Gossip Girl!

Nicole by OPI introduced a limited edition collection inspired by Gossip Girl.

"Too Rich for You" was DEFINITELY my favorite from the collection. It is a really deep teal blue with just a hint of sparkle. HOWEVER it took me forever to find it! I had to go to a bijillion stores to find this color but im glad i did! Its gorgeous!

Cant wait to try it out :D!

Review: Catherine UV Whitening Deep Whitening Essence Mask

What it claims:
For a more beautiful fair complexion
A concentrated deep whitening emulsion essence, scientifically enriched with highly purified natural raw materials
Its network-essence type organization improves absorption nutrient and moisture to the skin.
An extra deep whitening formula brings you an obvious skin whitening effect.

Can accelerate skin metabolism, recover tried skin quickly, prevent skin aging, slow down wrinkle appearance, lighten color spots, freckles and whiten skin. An extra deep whitening formula brings you an obvious skin whitening effect.

Contains: Deep whitening essence, concentrated collagen, natural betaine, aloe vera, gelatin, vitamin E, Elastic element and squalene

How to use:

  1. after cleansing, dry face
  2. take out mask and apply to face
  3. wait 20-30 minutes
  4. leave product on face

WOW! This mask sounds promising!! With collagen, aloe, vitamin E and squalene those are pretty powerful ingredients.... CEPT!

IT didnt work! I hated the film left after i took the mask off. I didnt get an "obvious skin whitening effect". The gross "essence" didnt absorb very quickly and once it did it left an oily film on my skin. I cant comment on the "prevent skin ageing, slowdown wrinkle appearance" part... but my spots, freckles did not lighten.

Will you buy again: NO! There are products way better than this. I dont rem how much it cost but i remember it wasn't cheap.

Steamed Shrimp Stuffed Tofu

YEAH! My first attempt making this dish! Im sooo proud of myself :P!

This is a recipe for Steamed Shrimp Stuffed Tofu
This is a super healthy and yummy recipe that is pretty easy to make.

Ingredients:
20 Raw Thai headless frozen shrimp
1/2 tbs Cornstarch
White pepper
Salt
Soy sauce
1 tbs Sesame oil
Maggi
2 boxes of Soft Tofu
Saran wrap
Paper towel
hammer
1 bowl

How to:

  1. peel raw shrimp and dissect all the guts out of it
  2. next rinse the shrimp
  3. place shrimp on paper towel and dry off excess water
  4. then place shrimp flat on a piece of saran wrap
  5. place another clean piece of saran wrap on top of the shrimp
  6. next pound away until the shrimp looks like a paste
  7. Place the shrimp paste into a bowl
  8. add a dash or white pepper and salt
  9. add the cornstarch and sesame oil
  10. mix all ingredients with hands (this is easiest with hands i found just make sure u wash them before you touch it -_-)
  11. This is the "hard" part. You need to form the paste into a ball and basically slap it into the bowl like your throwing it in. Do this a couple times until the paste is sticky
  12. Next cut the tofu into squares and place on place
  13. Next use two spoons to form the shrimp balls to "stuff"/place on top of the tofu
  14. Boil water and steam plate
  15. Steam for approximately 15 minutes
  16. Pour out excess water on plate
  17. Serve with Maggi and Soysauce
Hope you like this!! Have a yummi day!
