I was looking at nail polish the other day and I noticed that OPI has another new collection called "Katy Perry". The collection has 5 colors in total "Teenage Dream", "The One That Got Away", "Not like the Movies", "Last Friday Night" and "Shattered".

I love "Teenage Dream", a sparkley pink shade and "Shatter" a very unique deep, asphalt black with a "shattered" texture. 

The collection is quite interesting and I'm sure "Shattered" will fly off the shelfs in no time as there is nothing out there that is similar to it.

Do you Lilac It?

"Do you Lilac it?" one coat

I saw a sales girl wearing this where I usually buy OPI Nailpolish and she told me it was "Do you Lilac it?" by OPI. Its not usually a color I would wear but I kinda like it. Its not an over the top, in your face color but its not neutral or dark and its nice to have a hint of color on my nails.

What do you guys think? "Do you Lilac it?"

I am falling back into love with my Makeup Forever Waterproof Lengthening Mascara. I got it in a package a long time ago but didnt start using it till last year I think. But I LOVE IT!!

It makes my lashes super duper long! (Look at the right side (your left side))! It doesn't give much volume but I just layer a volumous mascara over it and it works fine or I just leave it! I think it looks pretty natural and its easy to put on and take off! No flaking, no smudging AND its waterproof! ME ♥ IT!

I cant seem to find it at Sephora anymore but the official Makeup Forever website still carries it ♥♥♥♥
Ill have to check it out the next time I see a MUF store, it comes in black, brown, purple and blue

Whats your favorite concealer?

Im running out of my concealer and looking for a new one. I am currently using Keven Beauty Maker BB Mineral Conceal Cream. Its ok, but when i get really dry skin it accentuates it ><.  I have previously tried the Guerlain issima precious light smoothing Illuminator and Maybelline dream mousse concealer. They're both soso, the Guerlain one would be much better if it didn't cost me a arm and a leg, the dream mousse concealer is not good for dry skin but great if you have somewhat oily skin. I also use BB creams, foundations to conceal but it just isnt enough sometimes.

I was thinking of the Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage which is suppose to "completely camouflages dark circles, minor imperfections and discolorations." I don't like that heavy I've got tons of makeup look and i hate concealers that crease because I have pretty dry skin and live in a SUPER DRY place!

Any suggestions?

Chicken wings recipe

This is one of my favorite flavors for making chicken wings, I have no idea what to call it but it has a semi sweet garlicy flavor. Its very easy and doesnt take long.

Cook time: 40-60 min depending on your oven

Ingredients

• Handful of red and white onions  
• 1 to 2 tablespoons of Lee Kum Kee Ground Bean Sauce 
  1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce 
• 3 to 4 teaspoons Maggi sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• Approximately 20-25 chicken wings

Directions

Put the ground bean sauce, oyster sauce, Maggi sauce and sesame oil into a big zip lock bag. Mince the onions and add to bag. Close the bag and shake to combine all the ingredients. 

Wash and dry the chicken wings. Using a fork puncture tiny holes into the chicken wings. 

Open the bag, drop in the chicken wings in the bag. Close and shake the bag to coat evenly. Marinate for about 1.5-2hours. 

Preheat oven to 500 degrees C. Cover the wings with a sheet of aluminum foil on top. Place into oven for approximately 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and toast the top until golden brown, flip wings oven as needed.

If you do, YOUR IN LUCK! He doesnt just sing and make tshirts hes coming out with nailpolish too!

So I went to Walmart to return something and of course I have to walk by the beauty section to browse around. To my surprise I saw Justin Beibers face there. I have never been a big fan of him and I don't get why girls luv him so much... but thats besides the point. I was just questioning why is he even in the beauty section teaming up with OPI to make nailpolish? It seems a little odd... but I guess girls/women are the easiest to make $ off of?

Anyways, the collection is called "One Less Lonely Girl" and is part of the Nicole by OPI brand. There are 14 colors and to my surprise are quite pretty and glittery. I particularly like "One less Lonely Glitter", "My Lifesaver" and I wanna try  "Baby Blue" but I didnt get any yet but i should probably since Im sure theyll sell out sooon!

Which ones are you eyeing??

There are great sales out after christmas and I picked up this great dark grey/black alpaca sweater from GAP for 20$! originally sold for 80$! What a great deal! Its super warm and fuzzy and I luv it! Specially for what I paid!
