I made this icecream cake for L's birthday! It was a homemade mango ice cream cake with fresh mango on top!
Mango Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango Purree
- 1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 2 mangoes roughly chopped
How to:
- Mix all liquid ingredients together
- Add to ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions
- In the last 5 minutes, add the fresh mangoes to your ice cream mixture
- Freeze overnight
- Enjoy!!
