Homemade mango icecream cake recipe

I made this icecream cake for L's birthday! It was a homemade mango ice cream cake with fresh mango on top! 

Mango Ice Cream Recipe 

  • 2 cups Mango Purree 
  • 1 can condensed milk (14 oz) 
  • 1 pint heavy cream 
  • 2 mangoes roughly chopped 
How to: 
  1. Mix all liquid ingredients together 
  2. Add to ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions 
  3. In the last 5 minutes, add the fresh mangoes to your ice cream mixture
  4. Freeze overnight 
  5. Enjoy!!
