Dine out is a ten day even in my city where some of the city's top chefs present three-course dining experiences.
Its a once-in-a-year opportunity to sample innovative creations at great value.
I only got the chance to try one restaurant this year as I was working the other days but it was pretty good. We went to Jacqueline Suzanne's Bistro last night.

omgg that cheese bread and the seafood chowder look so yummy! we do have dine about town.. but we almost never go.. because we dine out so much i never remember to pay attention to when ours is going on.. hahah.
