I have been using this mascara almost everyday for probably a month now and I don't see this "grow-lash complex" working as they didn't lengthen my lashes. However, the formula of the mascara is pretty good for lengthening and a little bit of volumizing.
The brush is a very thin long brush with quite tough bristles, which kind of hurt if you accidentally poke your eye :( However, the small brush is very good to get the corner and bottom lashes.
The formula is quite wet, but not clumpy. It also doesn't give your those spider lashes if you put on a ton of coats.
Overall: The effect is not bad, I get quite lengthy lashes without the spidery effect and a bit of volume with about 3-4 coats.

Thanks for the review and helpful pictures. The brush head is so small. You should try L'oreal Lash Boosting Serum for longer lashes. My friend rec. to me and it works great. Great reviews on Makeupalley too.
