Midnight Snack

One night after a long evening shift, I came home to nothing but a bag of spinach, eggs, tomatoes and shrimp. Then I thought why not make a salad! but unfortunately my salad dressing was expired :(!
So I made my own!
What I used for the sauce:
2-3 tablespoons of Terkiyaki Sauce
1/2 tablespoon of sesame sauce
Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp of shrimp sauce (can omit if you cant find or don't like the taste)
Mix it all together and pour it on your salad topped with a handful of walnuts!
It was delicious!
