Mmmmm mmmm good!! Me and my f LUV kimchi and hot pot! :D So we combined them together!! Not sure if this is how koreans make it but this is what we came up with :D
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Chicken broth
- 2x the amount of water
- Kimchi
- Sunchang Gochujang (Hot pepper paste)
- 白蘿蔔 (White carrots)
- Assorted balls (beef, fish, pork, chicken)
- Assorted mushrooms (enoki, oyster, etc)
- Soft tofu
- Fatty Beef
- Clear Noodles
- to prepare soak in hot water first
- drain and use
- Instant Noodles
- Hot pot stove
How to:
- Boil water and chicken broth in a big pot
- Add the desired about of hot pepper paste, I added about 2-3 spoons for mild spicy
- Add the 白蘿蔔 in cuz they taste better with all that flavoring
- Add balls
- Add salt to taste
- Pour soup base in the hot pot stove
- Add kimchi, mushrooms and tofu
- When ready to eat add beef and noodles
- Now you have a delicious kimchi hot pot!
